2. Product Warranty:

2.1. All products, except cellular repair and spares, are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
2.2. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
2.3. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, customers must notify us immediately. We may require the product to be returned for inspection and evaluation before providing a replacement or refund.
2.4. The warranty does not cover any additional costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to shipping fees, customs duties, or any other expenses.

3. Returns and Refunds:

3.1. We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery.
3.2. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support and provide the necessary information and documentation, such as order details and reason for return.
3.3. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by any included accessories, manuals, or other materials.
3.4. Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected. The refund amount may be subject to deductions for any damages or missing items.
3.5. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
